The battle of fats and oils
There is so much to say about the good fats and bad fats. We talk about saturated fats, unsaturated fats, unsaturated, polyunsaturated and trans fatty acids and how these fats affect cholesterol levels in our body. I do not get overwhelming Let me make it simple.
Any oil that is in a processed food will not be good for you. Oils in packaged food products such as cakes, pies, cookies, donuts, cakes and frozen foods are the worst oils to your health. Refined oils such as corn, vegetables and cooking oils are not healthy from the start, but when cooked over high heat become toxic to the body. If you have high cholesterol and clogged arteries would be a good idea to cook with these oils.
