Fish oil, omega-3 fatty acid, alpha linolenic acid – See how they run

Enough of omega-3 fatty acids in the diet alone can be difficult. There are sources that can provide these essential nutrients, but eating enough of these foods can sometimes be overwhelming. Oil fish oil, some nuts (walnuts English), and vegetables such as flaxseed oil, canola oil, olive oil and soybean oil are a great source of EPA, DHA and ALA. These are the three blind mice omega-3 fatty acids.

It is common knowledge that omega-3 fatty acids, when included in a healthy diet, reduce triglycerides, reduce blood pressure, prevent hardening of the arteries, reduces the risk of heart attacks and lower blood pressure . However, the exaggeration of this wonder of nature causes some adverse effects such as increased blood clotting times. Increasing the amount of food to achieve the beneficial effects of fish oil is more difficult because of the risk of fish in the polluted environment.

The benefit of fish oil in your diet is clear. If you eat fatty fish such as herring, sardines, mackerel, trout, halibut or salmon or white tuna take fish oil supplements, which is rich in omega-3 fatty acids that do the most good. Fish is also rich in protein and low in saturated fat than most meats.
